This recently completed gate comprised of two leaves, each 6m wide x 3.3m high. Although the straps were badly bent, torches were used to heat and bend them back into shape. Corroded parts of the frame and lattice work were cut out and replaced with new steel. New hinge pins were manufactured.

The gates were sandblasted and painted in an epoxy paint system. A crane was used for removal and installation.
