Reproductions / Parisian Staircase

For this unique project, Wrought Artworks was asked to reproduce a staircase design from the Veuve Clicquot Chateau in France. It was made assembled entirely with countersunk screw fastenings as would have been the original. The gold 'vase' on the newel and upstairs gallery was made in wax and cast in silicon bronze, the hand rail was also in bronze.

The finish was a burnished 'black japan'. Which gives life and  nuances to the ironwork.
